Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All features are included on every plan — the only difference is your monthly inspection quota.

Each time you create a new inspection record and process an audio recording, that counts as one inspection against your monthly quota. Editing existing inspections, adding photos, or generating reports does not count against your limit.

We're working on annual billing with a discount. For now, all plans are billed monthly. Contact us if you'd like to discuss annual pricing for your team.

No. All plans include unlimited team members. You can invite as many colleagues as you need — site managers, inspectors, contractors — at no extra cost. The inspection quota applies to the entire company account.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment partner Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details on our servers.
