This cookie policy explains how The Rams Agency LTD (trading as SiteVoice, "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use our voice-powered inspection platform at sitevoice.app (the "Service").
We are committed to being transparent about the technologies we use. This policy provides clear information about what cookies and local storage we use, why we use them, and how you can manage them.
2. What Are Cookies

The refreshToken and csrfToken cookies are strictly necessary for the secure operation of the Service — without them, we cannot authenticate your identity or protect your account. The Google Analytics cookies are optional and are only set after you give consent; you can decline them and continue using the Service normally.
4. Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage to save a small number of user preferences. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

5. Third-Party Cookies
We load fonts from Google Fonts via their content delivery network (CDN). Google may set cookies in connection with this font delivery. We do not control these cookies; they are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and processes usage data on our behalf — but only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, no Google Analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Beyond Google Fonts and consent-based Google Analytics, we do not use any other third-party cookies. Specifically:
- No advertising cookies — we do not serve ads or use advertising trackers
- No social media cookies — we do not embed social media widgets that track your activity
- No cross-site tracking — we do not use Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or any retargeting technologies
6. Cookie Consent
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), specifically Regulation 6, consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary for the provision of a service explicitly requested by the user, but it is required for analytics cookies before they are set.
Our two strictly necessary cookies (refreshToken and csrfToken) fall within the exemption and are always active:
- The refresh token is essential for maintaining your authenticated session — without it, you would need to log in on every page visit
- The CSRF token is essential for protecting your account against cross-site request forgery attacks — it is a security mechanism required for safe operation
Because we also use Google Analytics (an analytics cookie that requires consent), we display a cookie consent banner on your first visit. Google Analytics is only loaded if you click "Accept"; if you click "Reject", no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. Your choice is remembered on your device. To change it, clear your browser's site data for sitevoice.app and the banner will appear again.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that if you block or delete our essential cookies, you will be unable to log in to the Service.
