Our mission

Inspections are the backbone of safe, well-built homes — but the paperwork around them is slow, fiddly, and easy to put off. SiteVoice exists to fix that. We turn the words you already say while walking a site into structured, shareable inspection records, so the admin takes minutes instead of evenings.

What we do

SiteVoice lets site managers and inspectors record voice observations as they walk a property. Our AI transcribes each recording, extracts individual defect items, categorises them by trade, and generates clean reports you can share with clients and contractors in a couple of clicks. Inspections move through a sign-off workflow, and an insights layer turns your data into trends across sites and trades.

The platform is designed around UK construction: it speaks the language of trades, snags, and plots, and helps teams keep the kind of records expected under the Building Safety Act 2022.
